The spacious Beautiful Suite was beautifully appointed and impeccably clean. The power rain shower in the updated bathroom added a luxurious touch to our stay, while the pool was a refreshing escape from the summer heat. The check-in process was somewhat cumbersome with the need for multiple codes, and there were limited options for breakfast. It would have been better if there were more electrical outlets available near the bed.

We had a boss stay! The staff were proper sound, especially Alice, who really sorted us out with a room upgrade. One drawback was the parking situation—was a bit of a faff, though. loved the vibes and cozy atmosphere!

The rooms offer a charming decor with an inviting atmosphere, showcasing traditional Italian elements that give it a unique character. The rooftop terrace presents fine views and is a fantastic spot to unwind after a long day of exploring.
The complicated check-in process involving multiple digital access codes. There weren't enough electrical outlets, particularly close to the bed, a hassle if you're trying to charge devices. While the breakfast options were limited and occasionally of poor quality, the general access to the hotel lacks the warmth of human interaction, leaving it feeling overly automated.

The traditional Italian decor with ornate light fittings added a cozy charm to the spacious room, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully during the summer heat. The beautiful pool provided a perfect retreat after exploring Florence's sights.
Limited breakfast options.

Villa Tortorelli is charming, but the breakfast was ridiculously basic. How can a place that claims to serve breakfast until 10 am run out of warm food by 9:20? I expected a complimentary drink after my long stay, but instead got ignored by staff. Just when I was ready to rave about my stay, these oversights stole my thunder.

I recommend it for families looking for a cozy stay
The staff is friendly! They helped us with everything we needed, even suggested some great local spots for food. The pool area was perfect for the kids to splash around while I enjoyed a quiet moment under the sun.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

Really good staff. The garden area was such a peaceful retreat after busy days exploring Florence (a little slice of heaven!). The room service was prompt and very accommodating.
It would be great if the breakfast options had more variety (especially for vegetarians).
